How is a city perceived by those who live within it, and how does this perception differ from those who observe it from the outside?

Reframe Hull explores the relationship between urban identity and public perception through an interactive digital research exhibition focused on Kingston upon Hull.

The project investigates the narratives, experiences and representations that shape how the city is understood. Bringing together urban research, social media observations, visual analysis and graphic experimentation, it examines the relationship between Hull's lived identity and its external reputation.

Rather than presenting research solely through conventional academic formats, the project transforms its findings into an accessible and exploratory digital experience.
